At Atlas Law Firm, our mission is to help clients navigate the complex world of law. Sanaz established Atlas Law Firm to provide clients with dependable and personalized legal counseling and advocacy from experienced counsel in a cost efficient manner. At Atlas Law Firm, the objective is to invest in helping clients obtain the best result for their business.

Sanaz has experience handling matters across industries with start-ups, small businesses, mid-size companies, and non-profit to find economical and efficient means of resolving their legal needs so clients can focus on growing their businesses. She has assisted clients with contract drafting and negotiation, business formation and intellectual property, employment and HR issues, and serves as outside general counsel. Prior to forming Atlas Law Firm, Sanaz worked in the Los Angeles office of a prominent international law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. where she practiced complex business litigation; her experience there has helped navigate clients when potential questions about litigation arise and her litigation knowledge helps guide her business clients prior to any potential issues develop. With each client, at the beginning, Sanaz will spend time to understand the objectives and challenges so that she can work efficiently and effectively in helping her clients reach their goals.
